This page is an English translation, provided so that you can understand how your data is handled. The French version is the binding one: in the event of any discrepancy between the two, the French text prevails.

Who is responsible for your data

The data you send us is processed by Jules Grossi, a sole trader operating under the trade name Seven8 and the Art of Stay brand, in Ajaccio, France.

Any question about your data can be addressed to him directly, at the contact address given at the foot of this page.

No cookies, no trackers

This site sets no cookie on your device and stores nothing in your browser. It uses no analytics tool, no advertising network, and no social media button that would follow you.

That is why you are shown no consent banner: there is nothing to consent to.

What becomes of your messages

The quote questionnaire and the contact form pass your answers to the Maison the moment you press send. They travel through our technical providers, who carry them to our mailbox without keeping them beyond delivery.

Nothing is recorded in a database or kept on the site itself: your answers exist only as the message we receive.

The data we receive

When you write to us, we receive the information you chose to send: your name, your email address, possibly your phone number, the name of your property and a description of your project.

That information is used solely to answer your request and to prepare a proposal. It is neither sold, nor passed on, nor used for any approach unrelated to your request.

It is kept for as long as we are in touch, then for three years from our last contact, after which it is deleted.

Who has access

The people handling your request within the Maison, OVH, which hosts our email on servers located in France, and Brevo, a French company that carries the form requests from servers located in the European Union.

Your messages and their contents therefore do not leave the European Union. This does not apply to the technical logs described below.

Technical logs

Like any site on the internet, this one is served by a host that records connection logs for security and reliability: IP address, date, page requested.

That host is Cloudflare, a company incorporated in the United States operating a network of servers that includes the European Union. Those logs fall under its own privacy policy and may therefore be processed outside the European Union, within the legal framework Cloudflare adheres to.

Art of Stay has no access to them and uses them for no analytics or profiling purpose.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict and object to the processing of data concerning you, as well as a right to data portability.

To exercise them, simply write to the contact address given on this site. We answer within one month.

If our answer does not satisfy you, you may refer the matter to the French data protection authority, the CNIL, at cnil.fr.

Links to outside services

The site links to WhatsApp and to our social media accounts. Those links do nothing until you click them; from the moment you follow one, the privacy rules of those services apply, not ours.
