What we do
A place does not live on images
Discover
Your channels
Community management is not posting photographs. It is keeping an account alive all year: knowing what to say in January when the place is empty, adapting the tone to each season, holding a steady presence even when there is nothing new to show.
It is also what turns a visitor into a booking: an active, well-run account creates direct demand, reduces dependence on the platforms and their commissions, and moves the occupancy rate over the year. The difference between a place that runs its channels and one that endures them shows up in the booking calendar, not only in the follower count.
A well-run account is groundwork, not just posts. Here is what is actually taken care of.
Subjects, formats and dates are set in advance. You know what goes out and when, without having to think about it in high season.
Regular posts, built on templates drawn for your place. The visuals follow your visual identity, never a generic model.
The daily life of the place between posts: a service starting, a room made up, the light at six in the evening.
The vertical format, the one the platforms push. Devised, filmed and edited by the Maison, never subcontracted.
We come back regularly to make new material. Photography and film in the same visit, following the seasons of the place.
Posts, stories and vertical formats go out at the hours that matter. You have nothing to publish yourself.
Comments and direct messages are watched. A booking enquiry never sits overnight.
What worked, what did nothing, what changes next month. A readable document, not a raw export.
Vertical formats
Vertical is the format the algorithms push hardest, on Instagram as on TikTok. A property filmed this way stands a mechanically better chance of being seen, shared, and of reaching beyond your own followers to your next guests. Concept, filming and editing are all done in house, by drone, camera or phone depending on what the shot calls for.
A review of your current accounts: strengths, gaps, and where comparable establishments stand. This step sets the creative direction and the editorial voice to adopt.
A full day inside your establishment, alongside your teams. It builds the opening bank of images, the basis of the very first posts.
The first posts start around four weeks after the project begins, following an editorial schedule agreed together beforehand.
Results are reviewed, the schedule adjusted, a new shoot arranged on site. The content evolves with the seasons and with the reality of your business.
Our channels
We do not only run your accounts, we run our own. Art of Stay publishes its own content about the places it works with, in front of an audience that comes looking for precisely that.
Your place therefore appears in two places rather than one: on yours, and on ours. That is reach added to yours, not reach replacing it.

It depends on your establishment and your goals, but a rhythm of three to four posts a week generally keeps an active presence without feeling forced. The right frequency is set together during the review.
Working that out is our job. We build an editorial calendar with themes suited to your establishment: behind the scenes, rooms, dining, events, guest reviews. You approve it. You do not have to come up with the ideas.
You choose how involved you want to be. Some clients approve everything, others trust the calendar already agreed and step in only when needed.
Mostly from the shoots done on site, topped up where needed with content made between visits, occasional photographs and short films, to keep a steady rhythm of posts.
The calendar is not fixed. We adjust it continuously to the real life of your establishment: a closure, a renovation or a one-off event is worked into that month’s content.
Yes. Art of Stay puts out its own content about the establishments it works with, on the Art of Stay account and on our personal accounts, where we create around exceptional property. Your establishment gains visibility on top of your own, not instead of it.
They are entirely different pieces, made specifically for reach: concrete formats, very much lifestyle, immersive, the kind that make people want to discover the place. It is not a repeat of what goes on your accounts, it is a genuine addition.
An audience with a specific interest in this kind of place and experience, and one that does not necessarily already follow you. That is precisely how we reach people your own accounts alone would not have found.
Yes, nothing is published without your agreement. We show you what we have in mind and you approve what matches the image you want to give.
No, it is added to it. The work on your accounts stays the priority; what goes out on ours is a bonus in visibility, at no extra cost or effort to you.
