Art of Stay was born, above all, from a conviction: that an exceptional property should be revealed rather than described.
That conviction took root among the first houses entrusted to us. Today it travels with us across the Mediterranean and around the world, carried by the same rigour, whatever the geography or the scale of the property.
What drives us has not changed. Only the scale has grown. We will go on revealing, with grace and intensity, every property we represent.
Every property we take on adds its own part to something larger: a network of properties, destinations and communities that keeps on growing.
What we know how to do
Our craft was not built in a single country. It was shaped internationally, among places, cultures and standards that differ from one another. Every destination taught us to see a property differently, and to reveal what makes it singular rather than what makes it like the rest.
That openness now feeds far more than a trade. It has grown a community that follows, comments on and recommends every house we present, and a visibility that reaches well beyond the borders of the property itself, so that an exceptional place is never confined to its own region.

Our approach
Art of Stay brings together three crafts. Capturing your property, elevating the way it presents itself, bringing its presence to life all year. Each one stands on its own: some owners come to us for a single one, others entrust us with all three.
The material
Photography, film, aerial shots, 3D visits: we come on site to produce the images that will represent your property everywhere else. A photograph holds what lasts only an instant, film makes you feel the place from inside, the drone gives it back its true scale, and 3D lets you move through it before ever arriving. Without that material, everything else rests on images that do not do the place justice.
The shaping
A raw image never quite shows what the place makes you feel. Editing, grading, retouching: every take is reworked to find its place in a rhythm thought through in advance. Then comes the frame that holds those images: visual identity, a bespoke website, performance, so that a visitor who catches a photograph, lands on the site and then walks through the door has the feeling of having been in the same place all along.
The presence
Keeping an account alive all year, knowing what to say in January when the place is empty, posting at the right moment, answering the messages that hold a booking. And posting on our own channels too: your property then appears in two places rather than one, in front of an audience that comes looking for precisely that. This work shows up in the booking calendar, not only in the follower count.
We do not sell images. We make visible what an owner spent years building.
